Numbered ids and exact aliases

Free starts with numbered addresses. Paid plans let you pick the local part. Extra packs add more.

17 August 2026 · Zentrix Data

Every ZanonMail mailbox is an address you can send and receive on. The product is built around having more than one, so a shop, a forum, and a bank do not all see the same string.

Free

Free includes three addresses. The local parts are numbered user ids, not a word you invent. That keeps the public namespace from being farmed on unpaid accounts.

If you want an exact @zanonmail.com name while staying on Free, that is a paid add-on. Premium and Black already include exact aliases.

Premium, Black, and packs

Premium is ten addresses. Black is thirty. An alias pack adds ten more on whatever plan you already have. You can stack packs.

A custom domain is separate: you receive on a domain you control, including catch-all, after you add the DNS records at your registrar. We do not change zanonmail.com DNS for that.

Downgrades

If a paid plan ends, existing addresses and mail stay. New addresses are blocked until you are within the current limit. We do not delete mailboxes to enforce a cheaper plan.
