Policy
Acceptable use.
Anonymous accounts are welcome. Abuse is not. Payment partners and mailbox providers judge us by how clearly we forbid harm.
The rule
ZanonMail does not require your real-world identity to create an account. That does not reduce these rules. We enforce them on the mailbox, not on a government ID.
- — Do not send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or purchased lists.
- — Do not phish, spoof, impersonate, or harvest credentials.
- — Do not distribute malware, ransomware, or exploit kits.
- — Do not use the service for fraud, scams, or payment abuse.
- — Do not traffic in illegal goods, including controlled drugs or prohibited weapons.
- — Do not use the service for money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- — Do not host or transmit sexual content involving minors.
- — Do not use the service to threaten, stalk, or incite violent crime.
- — Do not attack, scan, or overload ZanonMail or third-party infrastructure.
- — Do not automate account farming or resell access to evade plan limits.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, quarantine, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we may refuse new signups from the same infrastructure. We may report criminal abuse to competent authorities. Suspended paid accounts are not refunded.
Reports
Report abuse to abuse@zanonmail.com. Include headers and a short description. These terms sit with the terms of service.
